Dadadadan. by Mayuzumi Haruta

Mina, Shiro, and Ryouta
Konnichiwa~
Today I’ll be doing a short review of Dadadadan., Mayuzumi Haruta’s first manga.  For this being her first manga it’s very well done, both the art and the writing. It’s ongoing with 5 volumes out in Japan, and sadly only 3 chapters scanlated. We don’t even have an entire volume scanlated yet! Anyway, lets begin:
The story enters around Shiro Kisaragi, Ryouta Mikami, and Mina Ayashiro. This trio can’t stad being near girls. Shiro is incurably shy around them, Ryouta is a gynophobe (he hates them), and Mina is an otaku that only cares about 2D girls. So because of difficulty, hate, and disinterest, this trio tries there best to steer clear of the enemy “females”. But somehow girls always end up blocking their paths and causing misadventures for this trio. It’s a slapstick comedy that follows the school days of this odd trio. Their interactions with girls are hilarious, especially when it comes to Ryouta who definitely doesn’t have a problem with fighting a girl. Their friendship is also rather heartwarming, they sort of remind me of the friends in Kimi to Boku. You can only read 3 chapters right now, but I highly recommend reading those 3 chapters and simply waiting for the next chapter to be released.

Shinee Boy Meet U Mv/Pv review

Hey its Ms. Lee Min Ho, I am back with another review on the same day. So, just found out that Shinee Japanese PV Boy Meets U just came out so as a fan I had to review it right away. I am not sure what the song is about because I couldn’t find an English translation but I will give you what I understood what they said in English.  In English each guys was saying what type of girls they like
(a noble, pretty, and sexy type of girl). Then Onew says that girls around are beautiful which I thought was just freaking cute. But, I really really loved the song I was not disappointed. I feel that their Japanese songs are always amazing.
I loved the video and I didn’t hate anything about it except for Jonghyun whom I don’t like much. I didn’t like that they tried to make him look like a foreigner buy giving him blue eyes and bleach blonde hair which didn’t work for him at all. The song was cute it did sound very beachy and cheerful. I was so happy that they had a girl in the MV and she was Aya Omasa who I have seen in some Japanese dramas so I freaked out when I realized who she was. I really liked that she was in it because they were after her and she was the girl they were talking about. I loved the way they were all dress Onew look so handsome and cute. Taemin just looked adorable in the video. They all looked great and the video just showed them hanging out in the beach and having fun which I liked. It didn’t seem like they tried too hard to make a super amazing unique video; it was simple, innocent, playful, and cute which I loved what fan wouldn’t. I love when Onew says, “beautiful girls all over the world” not in these exact words but similarly but it seemed like he was saying it directly to me so when I heard it I fangirled hahah. This video was just perfect and it was exactly what I expected the video to be. I have nothing negative to say besides how Jonghyun looked just didn’t like it.
I give the video a 9.8 monohorns out of 10 just because I didn’t like how Jonghyun look I which they kept him more natural. But, the rest of the guys looked perfect and charming. It was such a delight watching the video; it made me smile as soon I saw the video and heard the song. Please check it out if you haven’t. Read my previous review that was about VIXX You're Impressive MV Review.

VIXX You're Impressive MV Review

Hey it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho; so a few hours ago VIXX came out with a new Music Video Called You’re Impressive. I am not a big fan of VIXX I just never really got into them but I saw that they had a new mv and decided to check it out. The song is about how they are super in love with their new girlfriend. They just think that she is beautiful, perfect and are really happy. This is a typical simple love song which I really like.
So, first off the song I didn’t love nor did I hate it. When I first listened to it I didn’t really think much about it. But, then I heard it again and I started too really like it. It’s those types of songs that you might not like when you first hear it but will start liking it when you keep on hearing it more. I really appreciated that the song had a really simple meaning and it was just about how glad they were with their new girlfriend. The MV was just something else; I adored watching it but I felt that it didn’t really relate with the song but many Music Videos are like that. I really liked the backwards thing that the whole video had. It was such a fresh idea in a music video something that we don’t see a lot so I really liked that they did something so unique. But, then the video was also pretty simple they didn’t make something so dramatic which I also really enjoyed overall. I liked the white and cute feel of it which it makes it seem that the love they have for the girl is wholesome. The video did give me an innocent vibe about it so in that it did relate to the song. I don’t know the members very well but I thought they looked really cute and I was blown away on how attractive they looked in the Video. I prefer this song way more than Hyde I just didn’t really like the wolf theme that was going on with the video. But, I felt that the new video was just simple, pure, and one of a kind. I am pretty sure that any VIXX fans aren’t disappointed with the song and video.
I give the video an 8 out of 10 monohorns just because the song isn’t something that I loved. It’s not really catchy not a song that will stay in my head after I hear it. But, overall the MV was great and the song was cute. Everything about it was enjoyable and wasn’t overdone it was just perfect in my opinion. Thanks for reading my post please check out the previous post which was about Devil Besides You Review.

Devil Besides You Review

Hey, it’s me Ms. Lee Min Ho; so todays review will be a Taiwanese drama called The Devil Beside You. It came out on June 25, 2005 and ended on Sep 18, 2005. It has 14 episodes and its way more than an hour long. It is based on a pretty famous shojo manga called The Devil Does Exist. It was super delightful and Mike He huhhh one of the most handsome man in Korea beside Lee Min Ho hahaha.
Que Yue has a crush on this athletic guy name Yuan Yi so she decides to confess to him by giving him a letter. As, she gave him the letter she accidently gave the letter to the bad boy of the school which is Jiang Meng. He gets her letter and won’t give it back to her especially now that he has some interest in her. So, he tells her the only way she will get the letter back is if she would become his maid. She agrees on those terms. But, then Que Yue faces another problem her mom is about to marry the dad of  Jiang.

I love this drama it was freaking awesome and cute. This is the first drama that I have ever saw Mike He in who plays Jiang Meng and I fell in love with him. He is the charming man in Taiwan I never saw such a handsome face besides Lee Min Ho. I liked Rainie Yan who played Qi Yue but I didn’t love her; her character got annoying sometimes because she would cry a lot. I prefer her character in Hi, my Sweetheart she more tough but sweet. I don’t know where to start with this review I just liked everything about it. Okay, so first off I enjoyed that the guy was the one who fell for the girl because in usual romances the girl is the one who falls for the guy first but not in this one. In this one you see how much Jiang Meng cares for Qi Yue and would do anything for her. I love that he is a bad boy but doesn’t really act like one he is always happy and adorable huhhhh he is so cute!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the parts of the drama and manga that I found so crazy and intense was when Yu Yang Ping played by Masuyama Yuki was about to kill Qi Yue just because Xin Li Xiang played by Ivy Fan wanted to get rid of her. Masuyama Yuki cares so much for Xin and would do anything literally anything to make her happy. I really liked his character but felt so bad for him because it seemed impossible that he would have gotten the girl but he was able to fight for her love. What I didn’t really like was that Yue and Meng were about to become step siblings after falling for each other and that just really bugged me. I just thought at least they weren’t really real siblings but I lived through it and ended up being one of my favorite dramas. I really liked everything about it and there isn’t really much negative to say about it. It’s a perfect romance that is all. It also followed the manga perfectly every single thing was there it was like re reading the manga.

I give this drama a 9.8 out of 10 monohorns just because I didn’t like that the creator decided it to make them step siblings at the end its kind of odd. Inclusive, everything was just perfect about this drama and I just loved it. I adored that the guys were the ones who were after the girls and were after them until the girls fell in love with them. If you want a romance school drama this is it. Please watch the drama and read the manga its freaking great. I hope that Japan or Korea make their own versions soon I feel that they would do a great job. Please check out my previous post which was about Proposal Daisakusen

Question: What drama has the best romance? Leave a comment answering the question and your thoughts about this drama. Thanks for reading my post!!

My answer: I think the drama that has the best romance would be Boys Over Flowers it’s just so perfect and everything about it is great.

Unmasked Noise

Konbanwa~
Nadeshiko-chan here, reviewing a new 2013 shoujo manga known as Fukumenkei Noise. Its by Fukuyama Ryouko, whose best known for her amazing manga Charming Junkie. It is 1 volume in Japan(ongoing) with 5 chapters scanlated. Alright lets begin:
The story begins with a young girl named Nino Alisugawa who loves singing with her neighbor and childhood friend Momo. Whenever she feels sad or scared by her parents’ fighting, she has Momo sing twinkle-twinkle little star with her. They’re extremely close and really bring each other happiness. But when they enter 4th grade, Momo and his family suddenly disappear. Nino hopes that he’ll soon return, but is she’s heartbroken when she realize he isn't; she feels suffocated and needs to wear a mask, without it she feels like she would scream. After a particular bad day at school, she goes to the beach and meets a boy with long eyelashes named Yuzu. He’s composing music in the sand and after reading it, she begins singing; when she sings her breathing returns to normal and she feels wonderful. Yuzu loves her singing and tells her to meet him again. They meet many times, Nino feeling wonderful whenever she sings he’s songs.  After telling him about Momo, he advises her to continue singing, to sing until her song reaches him and to believe that she’ll meet him once again. He also tells her, that if she ever went far away he’d find her because he loves hearing her sing. Shortly after, Yuzu disappears and she’s heartbroken once again, but this time she decides to sing instead of screaming. She decides to sing and to believe that she’ll meet both of them once again. 6 years later, she’s still singing and
finally meets Yuzu once again. And Momo isn't as far as she may think.
When I first came across it, I thought it was going to be rather cliché, but I read it because I was bored and the cover looked pretty cool, and then i was blow away. Its oddly powerful, Nino’s pain, her love for Momo, and her heartbreak are all expressed beautifully in Ryouko-sensei’s art. When she sings, she looks like she’s screaming, which may sound out but its actually conveys all her emotion wonderfully. Its a manga, so you obviously can’t hear her sing, but because of her expressions, because of the art, you can feel it. I expect great things from this manga, you should catch up and begin watching this drama unravel.

My Home by Kanjani8 Recommendation

Hey, its Ms. Lee Min Ho;  so today i decided that i will do a song of the day. I might put up two post a day if that day there is a song that i am really enjoying and it could be the newest song out or an old song. When i make these post i usually hear music so why not share with you what i am hearing. I wont really explain the song i might just tell you the reason that i like it or i will just put it up telling you guys to check it out.
So, today's song of the day will be My Home by Kanjani8. I don't really listen to this group but i really like this song. It has a very warm feeling to it, it makes me feel very comfortable and happy. I don't understand what they are talking about and i am to lazy to look for lyrics but i am guessing they are talking about their home and going back to it. I really like the vibe of the song here it is and i hope you enjoy it.

Here is the link sorry i couldn't find the PV on Youtube

Proposal Daisakusen/ Operation Love Japanese Version Review

Hello, it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho; so todays review will be the Japanese Drama Proposal Daisakusen also known as Operation Love. The drama came out on April 16, 2007 and ended on June 25, 2007. It has 11 episodes and one special that came out a year later. It was also remade into a Korean drama in 2012 which I haven’t seen but will see later on and I hope is as good as the original one. I really adored this drama I couldn’t get enough of it.
Ken Iwase and Rei Yoshida have been best friends since elementary school. They have always had feelings for each other but could never tell one another how they felt. Now its 2007 and Rei Yoshida is getting married to another man and Ken Iwase starts regretted not confessing his feelings soon enough. But, then he gets a chance or more than one to go back to the past and try to make Rei his. He is able to do this because of one important person which is his own fairy Yousei. Is Iwase able to change the future so Yoshida and him could be together or is he always too late?
I really enjoyed this drama and can’t stop thinking about it. I wish it was a manga I really want to read it ahhhh. The main reason I watched this drama was because Tomohisa who plays Ken Iwase is in it and I am a fan of his but at the end I started to like the story line. But, what really got in my nerves was that he kept on going back to the past but was never able to change anything between him and Rei Yoshida played by Masami Nagasawa. He was able to change the future for his two best friends Eri Oku played by Nana Eikura and Tsurumi Hisashi played by Gaku Hamada. Even, when Ken went back to the past he was able to ask her on a date, kiss her, or show her that he truly cares for her but their future never changed and I got so irritated. But, then it was because Yoshida was the one who was too scared to change things between them she always waited for Ken to make a move which he did many times but she was the one who never opened her eyes to realize the one she loved was in front of her confessing his feelings to her. I guess she was just too scared to ruin their friendship which is understandable but at the end you are just hurting each other and are making things tougher. I suffered so much with this drama which I love and there was a point in the drama which I hated Yoshida because she started dating Tetsuya Tada played by Naohito Fujika and starts to tell Ken that she had a crush on him but is now happy with Tada and other stuff with a huge smile on her face. You could see all the pain on Iwase’s face and I was just thinking how she could be so cruel to tell him all of this and see his suffering face. At, that point Iwase tried his best on trying to confess to Rei by kissing her and asking her on a date which she just totally ignored. I was so heartbroken and so mad. Then the most painful scaring part of the drama was when Tada asked Yoshida to marry him she said she would think about it and tell him over dinner. Iwase talks to her to tell her not to marry him because he loves her and he had always loved her. Then she goes on telling him he never understood anything and other cruel stuff. I was just thinking that she was a big BITCH at that point. She was the one who doesn’t understand and realize that she truly loves him not the other guy; all he has done for you and you are just going to ignore him and marry someone else without caring about his feeling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Errrr it got me so mad and I just had so many emotions by then I just wanted to grab her, shake her, and tell her she was making a big mistake I couldn’t take seeing him so heartbroken like that. That’s all I am going to say I said far too much many more things happen this sounded more like a rant but it’s a good rant I loved these parts but I just needed to get my feelings out. This drama had many cute things about it and you truly see how hard Ken wants to get Yoshida back and I love that. I also saw the SP which really isn’t about the main characters is about their two best friends who were about to get married but then Oku leaves on the wedding day thinking that Hisashi was cheating on her but at the end he was just doing something so cute. This is one of the few dramas that ended perfectly and they actually kissed at the end which for some reason dramas can’t do that!!!!! The best ending I have seen in a romance.
I give this drama a 9.5 out of 10 monohorns because I got aggravated on how he went to the past so many times and it barely changed anything but I guess at the end he realized something. But, overall this drama was amazing I couldn’t get enough of it and I recommended it to anyone who wants romance. It also has the best ending I have ever seen in a romance drama. That’s all I have to say please check out my previous post which is about School 2013. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

Question: What is the best ending of a drama you have seen? Leave a comment answering this question and your opinions on this drama.

The best ending I have ever seen in a drama is this one and I also liked Coffee Prince ending. Ooo ya and Hana Yori Dango.

Kagerou Days: Night Talk Decieve

Konnichiwa~
Today I'll be going over another song from the Kagerou Days series. This song centers around my favorite character in the Mekakushi Dan: Shuuya Kano, who has the power to manipulate how others perceive him. In short, he's a liar who deceive everyone around him, which he usually does to put others at ease around him. Even if he's serious or worried, he'll make them see him as smirking idiot who seems complete carefree in order to keep the rest of the group calm. He's aloof and unfocused, but he's reliable and obviously cares about the group, often playing the role of the leader. This song is Kano talking to you, telling you a story about himself and his pain, of the mess inside his head as lies and lies build up, how he thinks he's a monster who can only deceive others, I think even including himself. Its one of my favorite songs in the series (tied with Children Record, Lost Time Memory, Transparent Answer, and Heat-Haze). The songs great, the video is simply amazing, it shows he's agony and the chaos within his heart. I also like how he includes Seto and Kido, whom he grew up with in the orphanage and with Ayano. He calls Seto the "boy who hates lies that make people lies" which I think is referring to the fact that Seto was bullied when he was little, being constantly hurt because of his timid nature. Then he calls Kido "the girl who fears the disappearing night" probably referring to the fact that when Kido was little she couldn't control her powers and was terrified of disappearing, so often clung to Kano. When does talk about them, he sort of adopts their appearances, wearing Seto's hairclips and appearing as a female version of himself. So check it out, don't listen to Kano at the end when he tells you its all a lie, because he's just trying to laugh it off and make you feel better

Before I leave this song, I'd like to point out that when you see Kano's imitation of Kido, he's asking for those around him to listen to his greed. I like Ayano and Shintaro as a couple, but since Kano is my favorite character, Kido being second, they are my favortite pairing! And I think that one line shows how he likes her, but doesn't want to burden her with his feelings. I really wanted a song about their relationship, whether it be romantic or simply friendship, I think it could be beautiful. I hope the manga goes over their relationship more, I'd love to see them as how they were as kids since apparently Kido was crybaby and Kano thought she was cute. Bye-bye

School 2013 Review

Hey, it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho; so todays review is going to be about the Korean Drama School 2013. The show came out on December 3, 2012 and ended on January 28, 2013. It has 16 episodes and each one is more than an hour long. This drama has awesome Bromance and some Sismance hahaha which I loved so much.
Seungri Hich School is the lowest ranked school in Seoul. All the teachers their lost faith in their students but only one teacher knows that her students have the ability to improve the teacher is Jung In-Jae. She is a very sweet person, really cares for her students, and would do really anything for them. Then a new teacher decides to enter the school he is a very famous tutor and was forced to enter as a teacher because of the principle of that school. He and Jung In-Jae work together but he doesn’t care less about the students. He sees how much Jung In-Jae cares and that starts to motivate him to care a little more about the students. This drama also follows the problems that the students have such as Ko Nam-Soon who doesn’t really care about school but then meets an old enemy or maybe friend from middle school who changes him. Song Ha-Gyung who really cares about getting into the best universities and would do anything to get into one and maybe ruin her friendship with her best friend. Kwak Jung-Wook who is the bad boy of the school and would even hit his teacher; will he change?
I enjoyed this drama so much. I first didn’t want to see it because I thought it was just going to be another drama in which the teacher changes the whole school to do better but it wasn’t really like that. What I loved most about this drama was the bromance it had between the characters. Especially the bromance with Ko Nam-Soon played by Lee Jong-Suk and Park Heung-Soo played by Kim Woo-Bin. Their Bromance was so freaking cute and Ko Nam-Soon would really do anything thing to make Park happy and maybe even give up school for him. There were scenes in which they both cried which was the sweetest thing ever I wish guys would actually be like that with each other and not care what others think. I absolutely loved the teachers which were Jung In-Jae played by Jang Na-Ra and Kang Se-Chan played by Daniel Choi. They were amazing Jung In-Jae was like a little Bambie she was just so cute. I loved that she would never quit on the students and would give up everything for them.  Se-Chan I didn’t care for at first but then you get to know him better and get to know some bits of his past which really made me understand him and made me understand why he acted like he didn’t really care about the students, he was just an amazing character. My favorite character was Kim Min-Ki played by Choi Chang-Yub I just thought he was so endearing and I felt bad for him because he was just doing what his mother wanted but felt that he was being controlled. You really get to see many sides from him and I cried in many parts he had. I really got attached with his character. I have so many things to say about this drama but I don’t have that much time but everyone needs to see this show it’s incredible. I usually don’t like dramas without romance but I couldn’t stop watching this one which only had bromance but I prefer the bromance instead of the usually romance hahha. But, I also liked that we really go to know all the characters, see what they have to go through and see the reasons why they act the way they do. Loved this drama just cants express how awesome it was.
I give it a 10 out of 10 monohorns because it was perfect and there isn’t anything that bugged me or I hated it. I just love everything about it and have no complains. If you want to see a high school and Bromance drama this is it for you and even if you don’t want to see something like this WATCH IT!!!!!! Thanks for reading my post check out my previous one which was about CNBlue Lady MV. BYE!!

Questions: What is the best bromance scene that you have seen? Leave an answer on the comments and also your opinion about this drama. My favorite bromance scene is in this drama when Nam-Soon tells Heung-Soo that he would give up the most important thing for him. So, dramatic hahaha.

Kagerou Days: Ayano and Shintaro

Konnichiwa~
Today's review will be a little different the usual.I'll be going over 3 videos from the Kagerou Days series that center around two characters, Shintaro Kisaragi and Ayano Tateyama. Lets begin:
The first video, Transparent Answer, involves both of them but mainly focuses on Shintaro. He's a genius, top of his class, and has a cold, apathetic personality. Because he keeps himself at a distance, he attracts the attention of Ayano. He isn't really sure how to act towards her friendly and cheerful nature. But he soon begins to genuinely enjoy her company and the two become good friends. She managed to reach the heart that never wanted to be touched.

The next video is called Ayano's Theory on Happiness. One day her parents took in Kido, Kano, and Seto as foster children. She treated them like any big sister would and when she realized how scared they were of their red eyes and their powers, she told them that "red is the color of a hero" and asked them to form a gang of heroes and the Mekakushi Dan was born. After her mother's death, she worried about her family and their happiness. She felt if she had powers like her little siblings she'd be able to protect them, so she jumped off the roof and came into contact with the Heat-Haze, but unlike the others she remained dead.

The last video is Lost Time Memory. This ones the most confusing, it tool me a while to understand it. Alright, so after Ayano's death, Shintaro became a shut-in. The Shintaro in the red (the regular one from story) was able to move forward and joined the  Mekakushi Dan. The other was never able to move forward, even with En with him he was never able to forget about Ayano's death. Two different universes, but both of them die on August 15 and come into contact with the Heat-Haze. They both meet Azumi, but only regular Shintaro is prepared to confront his past, which is why he walks past her. When he meets with Ayano and she's see's how much he's grown and changed as a person. Happy for him, she gives him the eye ability she gained when she came into contact with the heat-haze, the considering eyes. Regular Shintaro comes back to life with this new ability while dark Shintaro is sent back to live in a painful time loop

I really love these two characters and their stories, they were great friends and probably harbored some romantic feelings for each other. According the the manga, Transparent Answer is a song Shintarou wrote. He also wears he's red sports jersey because Ayano told him it suited them. Anyway, I really hope the manga includes even more details on their friendship and possible romance

CNBlue Lady Review

Hey it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho; so today I’m reviewing CNBlue’s new Japanese Single called Lady. It came out on July 17, 2013 on the warnermusicjapan Youtube channel. The music video is about how the guys are telling a girl that she is their lady and how much they love her. It’s a pretty simple meaning and a pretty simple MV.
I liked the mv and song a lot its very CNBlue which is a good thing. The moment it started it made me fall in love with the song. The MV was very simple it was just them singing and playing instrument as a band does. I notice that usually their MVs with japan are simple which isn’t bad but it would be cool if it had some sort of story line. I kind of wish that there was a love interest in the MV and not just them singing but even though there wasn’t any type of story line the MV was still decent. It was simple and perfect. Even though the Music Video didn’t have a lot going on it made focus more on the song.
I give this MV a 9 out of 10 monohorns because there wasn’t really a story line within the Music Video which I wish there was but overall I really liked how simple the music video was. There wasn’t anything over done which could sometimes just ruin the MV. I really loved the song as soon as it started and I am pretty sure I will be listening to it over and over again. Please check out the MV if you haven’t. Keep FIGHING CNBlue you are doing an amazing job and I hope I get to see you guys live one day. Please check out my pervious review which was about

What is your favorite Japanese song of CNBlue? Leave a comment answering this question and your opinions about the MV. My favorite Japanese song of theirs is Ring.

The Dog and I Secret Service

Even though Ririchiyo is capable of taking
care of herself, Miktsukami wants to do
everything for her
Konbanwa~
I just finished a hilarious and romantic shounen called Inu x Boku Secret Service and I absolutely love it!  It’s amazing! The story is sweet, the characters are interesting and lovable, and it managed to make me both cry and laugh. I haven’t read the manga and I probably won’t since I’m very satisfied with the alternative ending the anime provided. The anime is 12 episodes and covers up to volume 3 of the manga, and in case you’re curious the manga is ongoing with 9 volumes in Japan and 6 volumes scanlated. Anyway, let’s begin:
The lovely elite Ririchiyo Shirakin is moving into the Maison de Ayakashi, better known as the Ayakasikan, a high security apartment building for humans with demon(youkai) ancestors. Each resident is provided with their own Secret Service bodyguard, who are also human’s with demon blood. Ririchiyo has moved in wanting solitude and independence, but when she arrives she’s greeted by SS agent Miketsukami Soushi. She tells him to leave, that she doesn’t need him, but Soushi’s dog-like devotion to her leads to her relenting and accepting him as her bodyguard.
Now Ririchiyo wanted to be alone because she’s scared of hurting her others, because she wants to break her bad habit of lashing out at people with her vicious tongue, because she wants to communicate better with others. Despite her bad habit, Miketsukami seems to always notice her true feelings and he claims that he’s known her for years. Who Mitetsukami behind his puppy-like demeanor?  Their relationship is both comedic and touching, and their days at Ayakasikan with lazy Renshou, lolicon Nobara, sadist-masochist-obsessed Kagerou, glutton Karuta, “super-delinquent” Watanuki, and mischievous Natsume.
Kagerou; Miketsukami;Ririchiyo; Watanuki
Karuta; Renshou; Nobara; Natsume
It’s a great anime and I highly recommend it to older teens, 16+. Some of the stuff Kagerou and Nobara say are probably not appropriate for younger people. But hey, if you read lolicon, sadist, and masochist, then you’ll probably be okay. Anyway, every character has their own ending, depending on the episode you’ll get a different ending. I’d personally avoid Kagerou, no matter what age. From the pieces I’ve seen it’s pretty weird. And remember that the episode isn’t over when the ending begins, there’s usually 4 or so minutes after it and if you don’t watch the next episode usually won’t flow as well. Alright, bye-bye

Ikemen Desu ne Review

Hello, it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho with another review for you today. So, todays review is about Ikemen Desu ne also known as He’s Beautiful. This Japanese drama is a remake form the very popular Korean Drama Your Beautiful which came out in 2009. The drama came out on July 15, 2011 and ended on September, 2011; it has 11 episodes and each one is less than 50 minutes long. I liked the drama it did an astonishing job on remaking it but it was very short and because of that many things had to be cut out to fit the 11 episodes.
Mio Sakuraba had an interview to be able to get in the most famous group in Japan A.N.JELL. But he was stuck in the states because of a noise surgery he had to go through. So, his manger decides to go find his twin sister Miko Sakuraba so she could cross dress as her brother. She decides to do it thinking it was only for one day but no it was about 1 month. The leader of A.N.JELL doesn’t really like her and he ends up finding about her secret. What will happen to her secret as soon as he knows?
I really enjoyed this drama it was as great as the original one in my opinion and it did a great job on not changing many things from the Korean version.  Miori Takimoto who plays the twins Mio and Miko Sakuraba did a fantastic job she really did manage to act exactly the same as the original character but once again she looks super girly even dressed as a boy but her acting was fantastic.  Ren Katsuragi played Yuta Tamamori also acted the same as the original character you could see that he watched the Korean version and study the character because of that he was able to get his personality on the spot. I actually liked him better than the Korean version mostly because I thought he was cuter I know I shouldn’t judge on looks hahaha. Shu Fujishiro played by Taisuke Fujigaya did a good job I liked Yonghwa better personally I felt that he gave his character more of a mature feel to him but Fujigaya did a really great job but wasn’t my favorite character in this drama. I was kind of disappointed with Yuki Hong played by Hikaru Yaotome because he didn’t act as cute as Hong Ki acted and I expected a little more from his character. I felt that he could have acted a little better but he didn’t act terrible. One of my favorite characters who wasn’t really important to the drama was Toru played by Tanoshingo becasues he was freaking adorable and he bugged Hongo about being gay which I thought was just so cute hahaha. I wasn’t disappointed with this drama at all it was practically a perfect replica of the original one and they were able to portray my favorite scene of the drama which was when Fujishiro following Mio and telling her were to go through the phone and I felt that I was just rewatching it again but with different actors. I was kind of mad that when Yuki Hongo was crying in the bus because he didn’t start singing that happy song I felt that the song is what really made the scene and the reason why people liked it. But, I was happy that when he got out of the bus he actually made himself happy again even though it had to be super hard for him. Overall, the drama did an amazing job even though so many parts had to be cut out so it could fit all the 11 episodes but drama was very delightful and amusing.
I give this drama a 7.7 out of 10 monohorns because it wasn’t as good as the first one and because they didn’t add one of my favorite parts to the drama which took the sad affect away from it. But, overall it was super good and followed the original drama. It also introduced me to two new Jpop groups which are Kis-My-Ft2 and Hey Say Jump! I will recommend this drama to anyone who wants a romance and gender bender. Thanks for reading our blog please check out my previous post which was about Your Beautiful.

Strobe Edge + New Chapter

Ninako and Ren
Konnichiwa~
Today I’ll be reviewing Strobe Edge by Sakisaka Io, it’s a complete series with 10 volumes. I felt I should’ve enjoyed this series, but was rather annoyed by. It wasn’t even Sakisaki-sensei’s fault, the writing and art are both amazing, it was just something that personally bugged me that distracted me from the love story. I’ll elaborate later though. Let’s begin:
Ninako Kinoshita has never been in love nor does she have any experience in romance, despite her childhood friend Daiki Korenaga being in love with her and her friends’ constant pressure to date him. The closet thing she has to a romance is her fangirl-type interest in Ren Inchinose, her school’s most popular boy. Then one day, she has an encounter on the train with him; the two grow closer and she develops serious feelings for him; however she soon learns that he has a longtime girlfriend, so she prepares for the emotional and mental pain of one-sided love. But, is it really one-sided love?
As the story develops, Ren begins developing feelings for Ninako and he struggles with them whenever he’s with her. Then there’s the appearance of Takumi Ando, Ren’s ex-best friend from middle school: when they were middle school, Ando’s girlfriend kissed Ren and things have been strained since then. He’s also been a complete manwhore since then; that is until he falls head over heals for Ninako.
Now like I said, it’s a great story with amazing writing and nice art, but I dislike Ninako because of the way she treats Ando. Some people may consider this a love triangle, but I definitely wouldn’t, she’s barely aware of him. The only time she ever thought about him was when there was a misunderstanding and thought he had a terminal disease; as soon as it was cleared up all thoughts of him evaporated. Even when he confessed to her and promised to help her forget Ren, she only thought about her feelings for Ren. Her reason for rejection also annoyed me: she wanted to continue liking Ren, she said she liked liking Ren. A few chapters earlier, she kept thinking and talking about how she shouldn’t like him and how she has no hope of dating him. At some point, at thought she thinking of him and his feelings for her, but in the end she admitted herself that she was just thinking of herself, that she didn’t want to be the bad guy so did what she did. He opens his heart to her and
My opinion on this may be considered a little
bias since I'm sort of in love with Ando
she completely ignores him, brushing him off and focusing on her own feelings for Ren. I’m not saying she should have loved him or struggled between choosing between the two, I simply thought she should’ve at least acknowledged him feelings. She should have taken the time to think about him and his feelings, instead of treating them so lightly. To be blunt, I thought she was quiet self-centered and selfish.
Ren’s hesitancy bothered me a little too, at first I understood it. He had a girlfriend; he couldn’t let a little crush get in the way of their love. But after he broke up with his girlfriend because both of them were becoming of aware of his feelings, he still hesitates. He doesn’t really explain why he’s not doing anything or why he changes his mind and decides to confess. It’s very odd.
I feel like I should’ve loved this manga, that I should’ve been heart broken by their love and their complicated situation, and that I should’ve been content with them ending up together. But I wasn’t. I disliked the main character, I was frustrated, and I was upset with the way the Ando was treated. When they got together, I just wondered what was going to happen to Ando.
But maybe what bothered me, won’t bother you. Maybe it’ll be the beautiful romance that people told me it was.
Anyway, moving on to the new chapter: Chapter 13 of Kagerou Days has been uploaded! Shintaro has lived as a shut for 2 years and its been in no way peaceful since an energetic cyber girl named Ene appeared on his computer, causing mischief whenever she can. They get along to an extent, but Shintaro wonders where she came from. Whenever she asks, she never answers. Who was Ene before she became a cyber girl?

You're Beautiful Review

Hey it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho, so our Infinite post got a lot of views and we are happy about that yay!!!!!!  Today’s review will be about the Korean drama Your Beautiful. It came out on October 7, 2009 and ended on November 26, 2009; every episode is longer than an hour and it has 16 episodes. I was truly pleased with this drama especially because it was super cute.
A.N.JELL’s company wants to add a new member to their boy band which is made up of 3 guys. So, this boy named Mi Nam got the interview but the only problem is that he is in the U.S undergoing a nose surgery that kind of went wrong but luckily he has a twin sister and his manager decides to look for her. He ends up finding her but the only problem is that she is living in a convent getting ready to become a nun. He decides to ask her to cross-dress has her brother to pass the interview with A.N.JELL’s management. At first she was hesitant about it but then accepted the offer because she really cares for her brother and it was just for one day.  She goes to the interview and passes it but the leader doesn’t really like her and she has to cross dress as a boy for more than a day after the interview. Now the only reason she does it is because she is hoping to find her mother.

This drama was really adorable and I really enjoyed it. The acting was pretty good not amazing I felt that Go Mi Nam played by Park Shin Hye (who is soon to come out in a drama with lee min ho so exciting!!) acted to cute to be playing a male character once again I feel that the casting directors should have picked someone who looks like a guys and doesn’t act to cute. But, I really did enjoy her even though she still looked like a girl she did a pretty good job. Jeremy played by Lee Hong Ki was so lovely he was like a little boy. He was such a big idiot in a delightful way and I felt so bad for him because he fell so hard for Go Mi Nam. My favorite character in the overall drama was Kang Shin Woo played by Jung Yong Hwa; his character had a very mature feel for him and he was really protective toward Go Mi Nam even though she never knew that he knew her secret. Hwang Tae Kyung played by Jang Geun Suk is your average male lead that is cold hearted at first then starts falling for the girl which I really like those type of characters even though at times they act like super jerks. I loved it when he did this cute little thing with his lip I don’t know how to describe it but it was so adorable hahaha. What I didn’t like about the drama is that Shin Woo never told her he knew her secret and because of that he had absolutely no chance for her to fall for him. He was just always in the background protecting her and feeling like an idiot enduring all the pain because it was only a one sided love.  I also really hated Mo Hwa Ran played by Kim Sung Ryung who was Tae Kyung’s mom huhhhh she was totally weirdo I hated her so much all she did was make Kyung suffer and never care for him until the end of the drama. I am pretty sure she wouldn’t have cared if he was died because she was after a man that was just out of her reach instead of caring for her own child. I also, loathed Yoo He Yi played by Uee ooo my gosh huhh she just made everything worse and then there was this part of the drama were she give Go Mi Nam these shoes that Shin Woo was going to give Mi Nam but at the end didn’t. When he saw her wearing the shoes you could see so much pain in him I was suffering for him because you knew how much love and thought he put into the shoes and someone else giving the shoes to her instead of him. But, there are many parts that I loved about this drama and I can’t forget. So, the part wear Mi Nam calls Shin Woo to asking him were she could get cheap men clothes and at the end it was like a little date over the phone and he was just following her around telling her what parts were good places to shop and eat. Then he tells her to stand were she was and to just start walking because he was in front of her . He was about to confess to her and tell her he knew everything right about when she was about to see him she got a phone call from Kyung so she turned around and left. Errrr I was so mad because she was about to know that he knew and I was hoping that she would maybe fall for him but no she just left!!!!! I was in so much agony when that happened I was so heartbroken for him. I also, liked the part were Jeremy and Mi Nam were in the bus and he was brokenhearted because Mi Nam didn’t feel the same way towards him. He was just crying on the bus and he had to be in a radio program so he decides to sing through the phone. As he was singing a cute song about how much he loved a girl he was crying and I just started crying with him at that point I felt so bad for him. The part that hurt me the most was when he told her when they get out of the bus he was going to be back to normal. When they got out he stopped crying and was bubbly again; he acted as nothing happen which was so aching to watch. I love Hong Ki he did such an amazing job and was perfect for the character.

I give this drama an 8 out of 10 monohorns it was really well made and it wasn’t perfect. The acting wasn’t always great and it could have been done better but overall I feel that many people could enjoy this drama. I feel that if you are the type who doesn’t like gender benders you might like watching this one just give it a chance. So, I really recommend this drama to everyone!!!! Thanks for reading my post please check out my previous post which was about Infinite’s new MV Destiny.

Question: Which kpop group would you join and cross dress as the opposite sex to be in it? Please leave a comment answering this question and your opinions about this drama.

Like Dislike: Adventure Time Version

Konnichiwa~
Posting another Vocaloid video for all of you to check out. Its called Suki Kirai and was originally by sung and "acted" by Len and Rin Kagamine. There versions cute, but for some reason I like the Adventure Time version incomparably more. I don't really ship Fionna and Marshall Lee, I'm waiting for a gender-bender episode with Flame Prince, but I love them together in this video! They make such an adorable couple and it fits them perfectly! Check it out!

We Were There

Konbanwa~
Sorry I’m a little late, I’ve been a little busy and distracted to today.
Anyway, today I’ll be reviewing a shoujo anime Bokura Ga Ita by Obata Yuuki. It’s a complete series, its 16 volumes and the anime is 26 episodes. I haven’t read the manga, I’ve only watched the anime. Well I’ve skimmed the manga, I planned on reading it after finishing the anime, but it art in there was harder to accept the anime’s art. What I’m trying to say is that I hate the art: sometimes characters look like they have pig noses and like they’re unfinished. It was very difficult for me to get past the art and watch the anime, but it was worth it since the plot is adorable and heart-warming! Lets begin:
The sweet and innocent Nanami “Nana” Takahashi is a first year high school student who ends up in the same class with the incredibly popular Motoharu Yano, who she keeps hearing rumors about from her new classmates. When she first meets him, she can’t tell whether she likes or hates him. He’s handsome and cool, but also extremely arrogant and kind of a jerk. But soon enough she realizes and accepts the fact that she’s completely smitten with him and begins working hard to become his support. Seeing her so determined wins him over and they begin dating. But as a couple, they struggle with trusting one another, especially Motoharu whose ex-girlfriend was with another man at the time of her death. He’s terrified of being betrayed again and abandoned by Nanami. Plus there his ex-girlfriend’s younger sister, Yuri Yamamoto, who believes she understands Motoharu best, relying on him often and attempting to get between the couple, which is extremely irritating and selfish. But they are able to overcome these challenges because even if they fight, their love for each other draws them back together.

Again, the arts pretty bad, but the story itself is beautiful, cute, and sentimental since the couple really is in love. I really love and admire Nanami as a main character, she’s cute but strong and I think its cool how much she sounds like a guy at times, saying she’ll be support him, protect him, and watch over him, so that he doesn’t have to feel alone. One of my favorites is:
“Yano. The person whom you really, really love may not be here anymore. And you might feeling lonely, but, there are people in this world who really, really love you, so shouldn’t that equal it all out? So, please don’t ever think that you’re alone. I’ll be watching over you. I’ll always be watching over you. I promise to always watch over you. You’re not alone.”
She’s always there for him, strong enough for the emotional weak Motoharu, another reason I think she makes such an interesting protagonist; that and the fact she isn’t all that shy about her feelings for Yano. I mean she doesn’t outlandishly flirt with him or anything, simply lets him know that she likes and cares about him. Then there’s Motoharu, who’s rather possessive as a boyfriend and is somewhat annoying since he keeps letting his past hurt Nanami, choosing to avoid it instead of confronting it like a man. But with Nanami’s help he’s able to confront his past and feelings for his ex-girlfriend, finally able to truly move forward. Though sometimes he comes off as self-centered and somewhat cold, he really does love Nanami and is usually very amorous towards her. He’s happiest and strongest when he’s with her, telling her once that all he wants is a “reality where I exist and you’re right there next to me”.  Why can’t boys like him actually exist? He’s just so cute!
Anyway,  they’re an adorable, lovey-dovey couple that is able to overcome many obstacles together. Though the art is pretty terrible, amateur at best. I still recommend getting past it and focusing on this sweet, yet dramatic love story.

Infinite "Destiny" Review

Hey it’s Miss, Lee Min Ho; so todays review is going to be about Infinite’s New Music Video Destiny. The MV came out on July 15, 2013 on the YouTube page woolliment. It is part of their new mini album called Destiny that just came out. I really liked the song but the Music Video did not really go along with the song.
Basically, the song is about how the guys made their loved one suffer and she
is about to leave them but they don’t want to break up with her. In the song they are telling her not to go because they really love her and they are destined to be together.
So, first let me talk about the song. I loved the song it was really different from what they make in my opinion. I can’t find the right words to describe the song but I really enjoyed it. It didn’t really have a 80s feel compared to Infinite’s usual stuff. I loved how it did feel like an action type of song and it had strong emotions to it. It did sound as the guys were suffering for the girl and it also sounds like they are going to try everything in their power so she won’t leave them.Okay, now the music video I have very mixed feelings for it I felt that the music video didn’t match much with the song. I wish that they at least had a girl that they were trying to find or something but no it was mostly just them singing and dancing. There were some parts that made no sense not even to what the song was saying. Like the part where Sungjong had his “mirror self” in front of him. In my mind I thought were did this come from I was just so confused I didn’t understand why he had a clone and then the other him ends up dissolving into dirt; the song is talking about the girl you don’t want to lose not about finding yourself and then turning into dirt and being sad yourself left. There was also a part were Sungyeol’s hand was burning maybe it had a really deep meaning to it or just made the music look cool. In my head the only logic for that was to make the MV look cool and not make sense or he is in pain because he wasn’t able to reach the girl he loves. Then L explodes which I found that very odd; I just thought maybe he explodes because he his super angry that he couldn’t find the one he loves. The MV didn’t make sense but I liked that they seemed isolated and lonely because it made it seem as if they are saying, “Without you I feel lonely and can’t live like this”. I also, liked the part where Dongwoo is just driving around in his car maybe just thinking about her and trying to figure out something to bring her back. I really liked the way they looked in the MV they looked really manlish and I loved how natural their hair looked; it just really fit them and made them look handsome. I was very surprised seeing Sungjong because he usually looks pretty girly and this time he looked like a man which I liked haha.
eave them and you get that feeling without seeing what the song is really saying. I really enjoyed it and I hope I also enjoy their whole album which I yet have to hear. I liked
I give their MV an 8 out of 10 Monohorns because the MV didn’t match the song at all which  kind of got in my nervous. Also, I wish they had a girl in the MV so they could be chasing her and trying to find her. If they had done that the video would have made a lot more sense to me. But, despite that there were some parts that I did like from the MV like Dongwoo driving around and how they seemed isolated from the outside world as if they are suffering without the girl they adore. I also did really like the song and I am pretty sure it’s a song I won’t stop listening to hahaha. Overall, I feel the Infinite fans won’t be disappointed and will enjoy their new Mini Album which I just finished listening to and I loved. My favorite song was Mom because you could see they put a lot of emotion into it. I hope you enjoyed my review and please check out my pervious review which was about Hana Kimi Remake. Thanks and don’t forget to check out Infinite’s new MV Destiny.
