Sorry we haven't been able to keep our usual posting schedule, but Nadeshiko-chan and Ms.LeeMinHo are currently applying for colleges. We have to take the SAT and ACT, fill out several applications and write personal statements and writing supplements. We'll try to post when we can, but in reality we probably won't write much until January. Maybe during December break we'll be back on track, but most likely we'll be back in January. Please wait until then and wish us good luck because we definitely need it.

You Don't Know Love by K.Will Review
Hey it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho, today I am going to review for you K.will’s new music video for his song You Don’t Know Love from his new mini album Fall in Fall. I am so happy that K.will came out with a mini album I just love his style he is so lay back and has this smoothness to him which makes it impossible not to love him.
His
song is about an argument that he had with a girl. In the lyrics you hear him
say what he told the girl in their argument. Like saying that she should leave
him alone, to stop whining like a child, and that she is very old fashioned. He just
seems annoyed with her by this point but when he says that she is old fashion
she starts crying and he can’t believe himself for making her cry. He tries to
get her forgiveness but she just has enough with him and breaks up with him.
You hear his regret and how he didn’t expect this to happen. He wants another
chance to get her to forgive him and he tells her that even though he might
seem indifferent she is really the only one in his heart. I loved the freaking
song I felt that I was really there seeing their argument. I really liked that
it had a story line and it made sense. Such a
I give
this song and music video a 9 out of 10 monohorns I love it but the only thing
that I didn’t love about it is that they got back together really fast. There
was a reason why you guys broke up trust me you guys aren’t going to last haha.
But overall K.will once again did a marvelous job with the song and also his
mini album. It very his style which is great and I hope to see many more years
of K.will. He is a singer that I really respect and he has a lot of truly astonishing
talent. Thanks for reading my post please check out my previous one which was Time Traveller: The Girl Who Leapt through Time Review.
Question: What is your favorite song out of his album?

New Chapter ~ Fukumenkei Noise
Konbanwa~
Today Fukumenkei Noise chapter 9 was scanlated and released! And its a long chapter! The art beautiful as always and Nino a weirdo as always. Anyway...
All Nino wants is to be reunited with her childhood friend and first love Momo, who disappeared 6 years ago. She's passed the audition he was holding, but finds out that he refuses to see her. Feeling inferior, she nearly decides to give up on him completely, especially considering that what Yuzu said could bee true: Its been 6 years, he's probably not the same Momo anymore. Meanwhile Yuzu declares that Nino will the "Alice" in his band In No Hurry to Shout. But he's also going to support Nino, he doesn't want her to give up. Even though this could be his chance to make her his, he never wants her to make such a sad expression again.
This chapter really settled everything and set it up for the drama that is definitely going to come. I really love Nino's and Yuzu's interactions, they're funny and they're sweet. Its been that way since they first met. And even though Nino is in love with Momo, she cares about Yuzu. And Yuzu's love for Nino is the best! I really hope they end up together. I still don't trust Momo, I really liked him as a kid in the first chapter, but when appeared again and avoid Nino, I become supicious: while Yuzu is someone who need Nino to create music, he is someone who needs Nino away from him in order to create music. I don't understand why, maybe when its explained I'll trust him, but for now I'm going to stay cautious. Alright, bye-bye

Time Traveller: The Girl Who Leapt through Time Review
Hey, it’s Ms. Lee Min Ho I am back with a review for you
today. I will be reviewing a Japanese movie called Time Traveller: The Girl Who Leapt through Time. This movie is
based on a Japanese anime film called The
Girl Who Leapt through Time. The movie came out on March 13, 2010 and it is
122 minutes long. This film was
way better than I expected it to be and the
ending was very sad.
Akari
Yoshiyama is a high school student and her mom is a scientist named Kazuko
Yoshiyama. Her mom makes this potion that will let people travel through time.
She plans to use this so she could go back to the past and meet her love and
give him something (I don’t remember too well). But she ends up getting into an
accident and goes to the hospital. Her daughter visits her mom and her mom thinks
that she might die so she tells Akari to take the potion and the letter she has
so she could go back to the past during the 70s. Her daughter agrees then the mother
tells her a specific day she must go back to. As Akari takes the potion she says
the wrong date and ends up going later on which is kind of now too late. But
she still tries to find her mom to try to figure out where the guy is at so she
could still give him the letter. As she gets to the past she meets Ryota Mizorok,
who helps her out but they end up developing feelings for each other.
Akari
Yoshiyama played by Riisa Naka did an amazing job I didn’t think she would do
such a overwhelming job because I saw her in a drama before and I found her
character very annoying but this time she did such a astonishing job. Akiyoshi
Nakao played Ryota Mizorok he also did a great job, I fell in love with him throughout
the film and I really liked the relationship that Yoshiyama and he had. This
movie was so different from what I thought it was going to be. I really had no
idea it was going to have romance in it and I never thought it was going to end
the way it did. Mizorok wants to be a director so throughout the movie you see
him trying to film his first movie and when Akari comes in she ends up helping
him. You see that they fall for each other throughout the movie which is super
cute but very weird because there is an obvious big age difference in their
characters. There is this part of the film were he tells her that in the future
they should meet up again were there are all these cherry blossoms. He then
told her but you know I am going to be like in my 40s by then and you are still
going to be young she said she knew but she really didn’t care. I thought that
part was so cute it got to me so much.
Question: What is your favorite anime movie that has been made into a live action movie?

Kou v. Kikuchi. If he doesn't step it up, Kou might actually lose Futaba! |
Chapter 33 of Ao Haru Ride was released. And its so frustrating watching Kou continue hesitating. Something has always gotten in the way of them being together, Narumi who desperately wanted Kou by her side was the last one. But that's been taken care of, Kou telling her he couldn't because he was in loved with Futaba, so why is hesitating? If he doesn't hurry, Futaba might fall for Kikuchi. Unlike Kou, he's direct about his feelings. Kou needs to learn from him, or he'll continue letting happiness escape him

New Chapter: Kagerou Days Chapter 16
Konbanwa~
Today Kagerou Day: Headphone Actor III was released!
Takane Enomoto is in love with Haruka Kokonose, but stubbornly hides her feelings. And after failing to help Haruka when he needed her the most, she wonders if she really deserves to by his side and have such feelings. But Ayano, her first and only female friend, sternly tells her that she shouldn't be a coward. If you have something to say, you should say it before its too late. Later doesn't always come after all. I loved this chapter. Takane had so many beautiful scenes. I really loved seeing her interact with Ayano, I wish we could have seen more of their friendship. What Ayano said about Shintarou was rather sad; though she likes being by his side, she feels she isn't what he needs. Shintarou needs someone more selfish than him, someone more enegertic. This definitely influenced Takane when she became Ene. Poor Ayano though, she looked like she really wished she could be what Shintarou needed. Poor Takene too, and you'll all see why after reading this. Beautifl. but tragic. And I definitely think she and Haruka were subjected to experimentation, its heavily implied in this chapter. Man I can't wait for the next chapter!!!! Alright, bye bye

Top 5 Kpop songs of September 2013
Hey its Ms. Lee Min Ho, so today i will be telling you what are my top favorite Kpop songs of September. I didn't really love his month for kpop but it was somewhat good i found 2 artist that i started liking and ft island came out with an album so that made me happy.
4) In forth is this group who i just found out about and i fell in love with them. Its is On My Mind by Royal Pirates. They just debuted in the Korean world last month and i am so happy i found out about them they are truly amazing and different. The song is about how they are trying to get over a girl they loved but its hard because she keeps on appearing into their minds. They try so hard to forget but it becomes impossible. The song is so different compared to their others songs which are really rock and this one is more of a pop rock song but its so good. I love the song and i cant get over it. This group is truly great and i cant wait to hear a full album form them.
3) This
next song is from a boy group that i totally love which is Infinite and their
song is Request. The song is about how they have unrequired love for this girl.
But the girl can’t love them back because she already has another man. They
talk about in the whole song how much they love the girl and how they wish they
had more guts as a man to get her love. They are also thinking about how
different things were to be if they were to confess their love for her earlier.
I got the summary for the song from by review. The song is so amazing it has
the 80s feel that infinite always gives to their song and the heartbreaking
romance they have for a lot of their songs. The music video was so adorable
even if it was to promote the galaxy phone but i didn't mind that to much. I
love the end of the MV because Hoya's love was there watching them dance and
when Hoya realized it he smiled at her. It was just so cute.
2) In
second place is a song from a girl who i love right now. She has a amazing
voice and is very talented. It is Lim Kim's Rain. It was so hard trying to
decide what song to put of hers on this list because i love all her songs. This
list would have been only about her but i decided to just pick only one of her
songs. In the song she is talking to the rain first telling it that because she
is so young that she hasn't created to many memories. Then she starts talking
about how she is listening to a song with someone singing in a sad way and how
she wonders why that person is sad. Then she goes on talking about how she
wants to cry and its okay because its raining. The song its very calming and i
love Lim Kim's voice so much its very unique from other singers. She is incredibly talented and i wish she got
more attention.
1) First place goes to Royal Pirates Shout Out. In the song a he is trying to tell a girl to free her self and he is going to help her. That's basically it but the lyrics sound or are read better then my summary. This song got me into the group its a song that i cant get out of my head and i don't mind having it stuck. In the music video they seem to be in the galaxy or just in a black space singing and running. The song is great and they are wonderful and very talented. They also make covers from other groups like wondergirls, girls generation, and super junior and they are astonishing . But their songs are way better then those covers. I cant wait to hear more about them they are so lovely.
That is all for today i hope you enjoyed my top 5 kpop songs of September. It was so hard trying to decided what to put on my list but i was able to decided on it and i am satisfied. Please check out my previous post which was about Sunny Korean Movie Review and check out my last top 5 list My Top Kpop and Jpop songs of August 2013 . Thanks for reading this and i hope you have a great day.

Becoming a Girl Day
![]() |
Miyoshi with girl Mamiya |
Again, I have to apologize for not posting last week, as an apology I've brought you all one of the oddest romances, well in general oddest manga I've ever read. Ever. This supernatural shoujo manga is called Kanojo ni Naru Hi by Ogura Akane. It is only one volume and has been completely scanlated. Lets begin:
In this alternate universe, there is something called "emergence". In ecosystem you need a balance between boys and girls, if there are too many boys, some of the males will become females in order to balance things out. In our reality, this only applies to a certain species of fish. In this universe, it can happen to human boys. If it does occur, it usually happens when they are young. Its rare for an emergence to occur once a boy reaches puberty, its even rarer that those survive the transformation.
Now, the main character of this story is high school boy Miyoshi and his childhood friend Mamiya. Since elementary school, Miyoshi has always been challenging and competing against him, and he's has always been losing since Mamiya is more or less perfect at everything. One day, Mamiya suddenly collapses and is hospitalized for several weeks. Miyoshi is worried, but is unable to visit him while he's in the hospital. As soon as Mamiya's discharged, he rushes over to his home to see how his best friend is doing. He's utterly shocked when a female Mamiya's opens the door and greets him. Mamiya emerged and managed to survive! And like usually she's calm and composed. She tells Miyoshi, who suffers from gynophobia (a fear of girls), that this is the perfect opportunity to treat him! The treatment is actually a success, though very awkward in my opinion. But, even though he's fear of girls is gone, he can't seem to handle Mamiya; he's heart races and he quickly becomes flustered whenever she's around. And as his gynophobia disappears, Miyoshi becomes popular among girls, irking Mamiya, though she's not sure or willing to admit why.
Now I feel like I've read a soft yaoi or something because I kept thinking of Mamiya as a boy. I know she's a girl,
![]() |
Miyoshi with Mamiya when she was a boy |
Also, I think I would've liked this better as bromance than a romance. In the first chapter, Miyoshi tells her how precious of a friend she is, even if she is a girl he comforts her that their friendship will always be the same. I think this could have been an adorable bromance: Miyoshi and Mamiya maintaining their friendship and not treating each other any differently.
I'm also curious to see if their relationship would've become romantic if Mamiya never emerged. Towards
the end Mamiya has a chance to become a boy again, but hesitates because she worries that Miyoshi's feelings will change if she returns to being a boy. I have to admit I thought it was pretty cute and touching for Miyoshi to declare that his feelings won't change and that he'll always love Mamiya. But then I ruined it for myself thinking of how he's feelings began in the first place: seeing Mamiya as a girl. If that had never happened, would he have never loved boy Mamiya romantically? So is there love based on Mamiya being a girl? Or would is to so real and so powerful
![]() |
Miyoshi comforting Mamiya as she admits that she doesn't want to be a girl. Even this I thought of bromance, even though I know boys don't hug each other like that. |
I don't really recommend the manga, its amusing at times but in general it doesn't really make much sense. Not because its supernatural, just the character's logic in general. The art's alright, rather stiff and squarish. Its not a great manga, its not terrible either though. Its just okay. But not really an okay that makes you want to read or reread it, just an okay that makes you want to tell a friend about an odd little manga you read when you were bored. That's all for today. Bye-Bye

The Shape of Voice
Konbanwa~
On this fine Sunday evening I’ll be
reviewing a shounen oneshot called Koe no Kitachi by Ooima Yoshitoki. Soon
after being published it won the 80th Weekly Shounen Magazine Newbie
Best Mangaka Award and has been on my reading list for quite some time. Today I
finally read it and I can see why it won. Its an impressive slice of life,
dramatic but still down to earth, and the art is rough but realistic, I think it really brings out the
ugliness of many of the characters. Lets begin with the summary:
Shouya Ishida is the primary protagonist
in this story and Shouko Nishimiya has just transferred into his class. When
asked to introduce herself, she pulls out a notebook and begins writing. She
explains that she’s deaf and that they can use this notebook to communicate
with her. Though most of the class tries to get a long with her, Shouya
straight out hates her, finding her creepy and annoyed by how she “slows
everyone down”. Soon the rest of the class starts to feel the same and he leads
them as they terrorize her day after day, the teacher turning a blind eye
because he’s of his choleric attitude towards her. The optimistic Shouko who
had been eager to make friends now constantly apologizes for her disability,
and eventually Shouya learns this.
![]() |
For some reason I found this scene really beautiful |
The story is very serious and it’s
heartbreaking watch a group of brats torment this young girl, a young girl who
just wanted to make friends and have fun like everyone else. They’re bullying
is quite vicious and you know its not that exaggerated. Students and teachers
bullies are cruel and much too common in the United States (mainly in the middle
states, its not too common in the coastal states). Its also pitiful, but also karma, when Shouya realizes how bad and worthless his "friends" were. But its also heartwarming
watching Shouya mature, watching him repent for his cruelty.
Apparently this oneshot is going to be
serialized, chapter one of it has already been scanlated. I hope that it'll give more on Shouko's perspective, I really liked her. Despite being bullied, she always tried to be kind, she always treated others the way she wanted to be treated. I’ll review it after
the first volume comes out. That’s all for now, bye-bye

Sunny Korean Movie Review
Na-Mi
goes to the hospital to visit her mother in law or mother. As she is leaving
the hospital to go home and care for her daughter she realized that one of her
high school friends is in the hospital. She decides to visit her and she
figures out that she has cancer. Her friend asks her for one favor to bring
back Sunny. Sunny is their group of friends that they had during high school.
Throughout the movie you see her thinking about the past and we get to see how
her life was during the 80’s we also get to see how she meets her friends and
all the crazy things they did together. You go back to the present with Na-Mi trying to
find the group of friends and them acting like teenagers for the last time
together.
Where do I start with this review the movie was just so great and I was really able to connect with it, I cried so much during the end but I also laughed a lot throughout the whole thing. Lim Na-Mi was played by Shim Eun-Kyung the teen version and Yoo Ho-Jeong the adult version. Both were so freaking great I can’t even express how much I loved them. I laughed so much in the beginning the group was going to get in a fight with another group called “Girl Generation” as they were cursing at each other Na-Mi starts shaking in the back and then starts going crazy cursing at them and the other group got freaked out so they ran away. At that moment the group Sunny was able to accept her, I just couldn’t stop laughing I thought she was just so adorable and didn’t expect her to do that. I also really liked the part were Lim the adult version was folding clothes at home and decided to wear her daughter’s uniform to feel young again. As she is wearing the uniform, her daughter comes back from school she tries to hide but her daughter ends up catching her. They just stare at each other and the daughter walks away saying that next time she should buy her own uniform. I was cracking up and I thought how embracing that must be if I caught my mom wearing my clothes I would just laugh and feel awkward. Kang So-Ra is played by Ha Chun-Hwa teen and Jin Hee Kyung adult. I loved the people who were picked for these characters. I felt that they looked the same adult and young. I really liked the character she was like a tough tomboy and totally had a leader feel to her. She is the one who got cancer in her adult years. She was totally my favorite character because you see how much she cares about her friend and will do anything for them. Hwang Jin-Hee was played by Hong Jin-Hee adult and Park Jin-Joo teen. All I have to say about this character is that even though she cursed so much she was adorable. Min Hyo-Rin was played by Su-Ji teen and Yoon Jung adult. I hated this character but liked her. I hated her because of her attitude and she treated everyone like crap. I liked her because at the end of the day she would defend her friends no matter what, I felt that Su-Ji and Na-Mi ended up getting somewhat close by the end of their teen time together. There are more people in the group but these people are the ones who really got my attention and ended up becoming my favorite ones. Throughout the drama you just see how close they become as friends and see that with each other they are really feel comfortable and could do anything. One of my favorite parts was Lim Na-Mi’s first love which was Joon-Ho played by Kim Shi-Ho who totally looks like a younger brother of Kim Hyung Joong. I just really like seeing her first love experience and her following him around. But then it also really saddened me because she got heartbroken by him she saw her kissing one of her friends but she knew it wasn’t her fault. As this happened you could actually feel what the character is feeling as if you are the one being heartbroken; I couldn’t stop crying in this part. In the future you see the adult Na-Mi going to see the adult Joon-Ho all she does is give him a drawing she drew of him and walking away I don’t know why but that part just got to me so much and I cried so much more. You see the adult version feeling the heart break of her first love again and trying to overcome it. I really liked the part when 4 of the people in the group when they are adults go to these bullies who were bugging Na-Mi’s daughter and start betting them. They didn’t care how old they were they enjoyed it because it brought them the feeling of being young together and knew this would be the last time they could ever do this again. The film was just so astonishing there were so many incredible parts to it which I can’t go over.

Infinite Request MV Review
Hey it’s
Miss. Lee Min Ho so Infinite just came out with a Music Video but is a
promotional MV for the Samsung Galaxy phone. The song is called Request and it came out just like an
hour ago but it depends when you read this. I really enjoyed the song and MV
even though it was made to promote a phone.
I give
the MV a 9 out of 10 Monohorns only because there was too much promotion going
on compared for CNBlue’s Feel Good
promotional video. But overall, the song was great it has that sad romance that
Infinite always does. The Music Video was adorable and I loved the touch of Hoyas
love interest I got guess bumps at the end. That is all I have for today please
check out my pervious review which was
.

New Chapters ~ Kagerou Days ~ Hibi Chouchou

I really love that the author has continued this habit of Sumire watching Kawasumi walk away |
Konbanwa~
Chapter 34 of Hibi Chouchou has been scanlated! Shy and quiet Sumire and Kawasumi like each other and they know that the love is mutual. The only problem is that neither of them understand what dating means. But they think they might be able to figure it out together.

Then Kagerou Days Chapter 15 came out! With two colored pages! I
was so happy to see them! Anyway, Takane and Haruka are the only students in a class for handicapped students, but Takane has always known that Haruka's condition is more dangerous than hers...I love Kagerou Days! I hope to go over the remaining songs soon!

At Nishiki-kun's Mercy ~ Snake on the Love
![]() |
Chi and Nishik i~ Hamster and Snake |
Konnichiwa~
Sorry I didn’t post last week, I was pretty stressed and sort of
just forgot about my post deadlines. But I’m posting now and reviewing a cute
and a tolerably cliché 2013 shoujo manga called Nishiki-kun no Nasugamama by Shiraishi Yuki. It only one volume,
the series complete in Japan
and I think it just needs one more chapter for it to be completely scanlated. Let’s
begin:
Chika “Chii” Konomi is a very timid and small girl, she’s like a
hamster. Since primary school, she hasn’t had any friends. Why? Because she’s
always be monopolized by Ikumi Nishiki, a childish and spoiled rich boy. When
he’s around, she feels like she has to take care of him and often feels
trapped, like he’s the snake coiling around her, the hamster. She decided to attend different high school from him, hoping to finally escape and have a normal high
school life, but on the first day he arrives, buys the seat next to her with a
suitcase of money, and has her feed him eggrolls during lunch. Chii wants to
escape from his grasp, but once he distances himself, she feels oddly lonely. And
soon she can’t help but notice that her heart races when she’s with him.
The romance is very cute, I really love it when the male lead is a
possessive lover, a rather innocent possessive lover in this case, which is I found interesting
since most possessive lovers’ are usually experienced when it comes to dating.
He’s handsome, loving, his actions are charming, and I feel like some of his
lines will make any girl swoon. But adorable as this manga is,
it still has the fault that most one volume mangas have: lack of development.
![]() |
Nishiki loves Chii and always wants to be by her side, he wants to be the closet one to her, and to monopolize her attention, which is pretty cute |
Chii does start making friends, but her life is heavily centered
around Nishiki and their love. I love romances, but I don’t like seeing only
one aspect of someone’s life. We never see Chii or Nishiki make friendships or
other human connections. I personally find that little bland. Chii is also
pretty generic as a female lead. As much as I like her and find
her cute, she’s still a typical timid and shy shoujo girl who can’t do too much on
her own. I felt we saw Nishiki grow a little as he learned about love and
taking care of Chii instead of having her take care of him, but we don’t really
see Chii grow at all. We just see her realize that she likes Nishiki.
But despite that, I really enjoyed reading this manga and I can’t
wait for the finally chapter. Its not the best character development around,
but couple is charming and their interactions are adorable. That's all for now, sorry again for missing my post and for posting so late today. Goodnight

Busker Busker Love, At First from Busker Busker's 2nd Album Review
Hey it’s
Miss Lee Min Ho, so today's review is going to be another music video from one
of my favorite indie groups. The group is Busker Busker who just realized their
2nd album which is called Busker
Busker 2nd album. The music video that came out is called Love, At First. The song was very Busker
Busker style but the music video was so different from the Cherry Blossom ending MV.
Question:
What is your favorite song from their new album? Leave an answer to this
question on the comments and your opinions on this album.
